It's been almost two years since Carrier first went public. Back then, it was a small idea — a social deduction game born from late-night sketches and an obsession with survival stories.
The first Kickstarter didn't go the way we hoped. It was tough, but it forced a moment of clarity. We took a step back, tore everything apart, and started again from the ground up.
Since then, the game has evolved in every way possible:
New artwork, refined roles, and a stronger narrative direction.
Simplified mechanics that bring more tension and clarity to each round.
A world that feels darker, tighter, and more alive.
What started as a project about infection has become a story about trust — who you believe, and what you risk when the world starts to fall apart.
As we prepare for our second launch, we're doing things differently this time: slower, more deliberate, and with a clearer vision of what Carrier is meant to be.
If you've followed the project since the beginning, thank you. Your patience and support have kept this alive far longer than I could have on my own.
This next chapter feels like the real beginning.
Stay tuned.
